Description Tired of being sick and tired? Be vibrant. Be strong. And be well. Participants will learn how to live long and live strong. Feel better than you ever have before.  Participants will explore biblical principles of health and walk indivine health. Live on God's health plan and avoid diseasepitfalls. In this course, participants will cover Super foods, theStandard American Diet (SAD), increasing energy and weight loss.
